One of the many fold approaches to capacity building and development includes training and workshops where we adopt the role of facilitators and not just consider ourselves to be trainers. To support and develop interventions to meet the needs and generating practical and timely solutions as to how new strategies can be developed and most importantly adopted in the field.

A successful project is one which is not only adopted but continues to exist in the spirit in which it was made and enacted and therefore Assessment also becomes one of the major domain in capacity building.

Development of modules, training manuals and exposure visits is also one of the many folds approaches to this development. To touch and live the ground realities is very important in this area and hence tracking the strengths and weakness and then going for strategic chronological building brings the unique and innovative ways to cope and curb the problematic areas.
